CSI Country Report in Estonia 2001
The preliminary report within the period of study shows remarkable recovery of Estonia from a long period of USSR subjugation. The recovery led to the rebirth of Estonia in 1991, through the consolidation of democratic structures. This achievement was as a result of the inclusiveness of the Estonian civil society in state decision making process.
The highlight of this study revealed that Estonian civil society organisations acknowledged the need for regular targeted studies, in other to better capture the state of civil society organisations in Estonia.
