CIVICUS is creating pro-civic space narratives to highlight global civic freedoms and amplify grassroots voices. We invite partners and allies to join us in addressing the growing challenges faced by civil society worldwide, particularly violations against freedom of expression, assembly and association.
By collaborating with diverse communicators, activists, and grassroots groups, we want to shift public discourse and foster greater solidarity for civic action. Through this initiative, we will develop people-centered stories, counter harmful misinformation, and promote narratives that demonstrate the transformative of citizen movements.
As part of this project, we aim to:

Innovatively showcase the relevance and lasting impact of citizen action and civil society through a network of dedicated communicators, narrative builders, journalists and citizen journalists.

Develop innovative communications strategies and skills to deliver and amplify people-centred narratives of change. We will build digital literacy, spaces, and narratives to counter disinformationon civic action and freedoms.
