The EENA in Joran was conducted between 02 September 2014 – 08 August 2015 by Phenix Center for Economic and Informatics Studies.

The research found that restrictions placed on CSOs such as obtaining authorizations and restrictions on funding slow down the development of CSOs and slow down the process of political and economic reforms. The networking and alliances within CSOs are still very fragile due to lack of good governance, thus weakening their capacity to effectively influence polices and institutions.
